My Review of Norm Reeves Honda Superstore:
Because of the pleasant experience we had coming to Norm Reeves Honda, my husband and I will definitely recommend this dealership to our friends and family. Although we are currently not ready to make a purchase (something we made very clear to the sales associate who assisted us) we were given the courtesy and extremely great service as if we were about to make one. Andy asked about our family and we felt the genuineness of his desire to get to know us on a personal level. My husband and I, in sales ourselves, commend the way he handled our questions. He didn't seem rushed or too eager. Knowing we were taking his time and possibly depriving him from the chance to serve a real buyer, we excused ourselves, but not after we had enough information that will help us make a decision with our future purchase. Andy shook our hands and did not make us feel like we wasted his time. More of us in sales should learn from the way he handled his job-very well done! We thank you for the professionalism you instill in your employees.
