My Review of Norm Reeves Honda Superstore:
Kim Kelly was very nice and informative about the Honda CR-V that I purchased. She was the reason I chose Norm Reeves Cerritos. I felt comfortable talking with her and did not feel pressured into anything. I contacted about 5 Honda dealers to see who had the best price which Norm Reeves Cerritos did but that isn't the only reason I purchased my CR-V there. Kim Kelly was wonderful and I will be recommending her in the future to anyone who is in the market for a Honda. :)

Lito was very helpful, understanding, and very patient. He is one of the nicest sales person I've ever have dealt with at Norm Reeves Honda. I have even told some family and friends who are car shopping to go to Lito if they decide to get a Honda vehicle.

I'm extremely pleased with the overall experience of this dealership. From the General manager in Sales to the salesman Mr. Hossain Ahamed and the finance dept. They worked with me and I'm overjoyed with my purchase. I will recommended this dealer to my friends and family.

Employees were responsive to all questions without hesitations,all friendly helpful
and welcomed throughout visit there. will definetly be back for more purchase. Prices
were resonable and salesperson handled all paperwork in a timely matter. Financial services also great, cant remember his name,but explained every piece of paper signed.
