"We looked for cars at every delearship at Cerritos Auto Mall and found a great deal on a used 2008 Chrysler Sebring Convertible - much better than the Chrysler dealership down the street who had the same car used. The car was prepped to look like brand new with new tires and brakes and everything was perfectly functional. Our salesman, Tony was great; a pleasure to work with and very patient with us. It's been a year and a half since we bought the car and there have been absolutely no problems with the vehicle, so I can confirm that they do sell high-quality used vehicles at great prices - below blue book. Financing was painless. Service was great too. I can't recommend Norm Reeves Honda highly enough if you want a quality new or used vehicle."

"After shopping three weeks for mini vans I finally narrowed my search down to 6 vans. Rich Fisler at Norm Reeves Honda was the last to visit. My first visit at the same make dealership seemed like they didn't want my business. The sales person was constantly on his cell phone, taking other calls and was very standoffish. Rich Fisler was the completly opposite of this first dealership. He was knowledgeable, curtious and just a friendly guy. Keep it up Norm Reeves and I will surely be back in the future for another Honda!"
