Purchased a Certified Preowned Honda Accord Coupe EX-L this past week. This was my first time buying a car, and I have to say the experience was great! Immediately after driving up on the lot we were greeted by Dan Stone who assisted us as we browsed through the selection of vehicles. Norm Reeves in Cerritos has a great selection, both used and new. This is what attracted us to pay a visit to Norm Reeves of Cerritos in the first place. We test drove an Accord Sedan and an Accord Coupe. Dan was thoroughly helpful in helping me decide between the two vehicles and did everything he could to make the decision a little easier. Once deciding on the Coupe, Dan did an excellent job making sure I was satisfied with the price, financing, and other miscellaneous details that I wanted fixed with the car. I could tell he was working his butt off to make sure I was completely satisfied with my experience at Norm Reeves. Frank in financing was also pleasant to work with. He's very friendly and is very clear with all of the contracts, warranty, and options offered. However, it did feel a bit rushed and I would've liked more time to discuss/consider the warranty/options to purchase. Overall it was a great experience! Buying a car never felt so easy. I have visited several other Honda dealerships prior to coming to Norm Reeves, but the customer service can't compare. Other dealerships will put pressure on buyers and it's obvious that the sales people are using aggressive tactics to convince buyers to make a decision and purchase the vehicle on the spot. But not at Norm Reeves. We were allowed as much time as we needed to make our decision on which vehicle to purchase, at the price, and which financing option to pick. Will definitely be recommending Norm Reeves of Cerritos to friends and family.
