Rafael Messen approached us as soon as we walked onto the lot. He was extremely professional and friendly. I told him our price range and the model I wanted and he showed us several options. He took time to go through comparisons and offered advice on what he thought the best deal for me would be. He also made me aware of the financing special that was being offered for the holiday. Once I made a decision on the car, Rafael explained the different purchase options, including leasing. I had to wait until the following day for my mother to come in town before I could finalize the deal, and Rafael was very patient in explaining everything all over again to her. This was my first new car, and he made it a very positive experience. We next spoke with Mike Choi for financing and he was equally as professional and friendly. I would highly recommend Norm Reeves Honda (especially Rafael and Mike) to anyone that I know who might be in the market for a car.
