"I just purchased a 2011 Accord EX-L with Kevin Harris as the sales person and Ziggy in finacing. Overall experience was pleasurable. I must add that I have OCD and I am not the easiest person to deal with. I expect everything to be done as stated... no hidden punches or BS. WHICH I DID RECEIVE FROM THESE INDIVIDUALS AT NORM REEVES. I was having a hard time deciding between the 2012 Hyundai Sonata and the Accord, the Honda is an overall better car with higher resale value, while the Hyundai has more frills and a better warranty... but after repeated lies told to me at 2 different Harden Hyundai lots the choice was clear! Building a relationship off of lies... I can't imagine what it would be like to try to trust those people to service my vehicle or collect on a warranty issue. But I feel at complete peace after my purchase at Norm Reeves... Good work Kevin and Ziggy. By the way... they were also able to beat the best deal I found out there by a significant amount. And in the end... well a Honda is a Honda, amd a Hyundai... the jury is still out!"
