I just recently leased a 2011 Honda Accord. I would recommend Norm Reeves Honda Cerritos to any car shoppers looking for a pleasant car purchase/Lease experience. I was referred to sales rep, Ramzi, by a freind. he was simply great! Her knowledge and patience made this the easiest car transaction I've ever been involved with. Greg Iverson was really courteous and helpful as well. My new Accord now sits next to my 2006 Honda Pilot, also purchased from Norm Reeves. It seems like Norm Reeves really "gets it" when it comes to customer service!

I had an excellent experience with this dealership, mostly because of Ms Linda Ly. It was a no nonsense deal i told him what i needed what my price range was and he hooked me up with the car ive been trying to find for months now. I had been to three dealerships that day not including Norm Reeve's Honda Cerritos and i had been fed up with the 15 minute speeches every other dealer had given me. And then Ms ly approached me and turned my day into a good one. I cant thank him enough, and if i were to buy another vehicle i wouldn't hesitate to call him up or refer a family member.

very good sales person, we were not ready to trade in our car but because of good deal we decided to trade in our honda accord with CRV. wegot what we wanted like CRV WITH FOUR WHEEL DRIVE(4WD) and the magwheels. this is all because of your good sales person Ed Mora. we also had good experience with your finace officer. Jose Sanchito helped out my mom and I shop for the new Accord Coupe and was kind and helpful throughout the entire process. He took us for the test drive and explained in detail all the perks of the features the vehicle had to offer.
Queso was helpful in trying to have me fully equipped with the safety features Honda offers. He gave me a great deal on that and was very patient during the whole signing process.
