It's safe to say this was the best car buying experience ever. My mom initially called Cerritos Honda and made an appointment with Mr. Nelson. He assured her that he would do everything in his power to help us. And that he did. We came in a couple days later just to "look around". I wanted to get the new Honda Cr-Z so bad but my mom said it was not possible. As we were working out the numbers it at first looked dim because our trade-in was very upsidedown. Mark tried his hardest to get the payments just where we wanted it. He came back after talking to the financier and said I was the new owner of a CR-Z!! This guy is amazing. I know if we went anywhere else this would not have happined. I would definately recommend this guy to anyone that is looking to get a great deal and pleasent experience. He was kind, respectfull, funny, and trustworthy. I can see why this dealership is the best. Their customer service is superior. Actually, they invent customer service!
