Norm Reeves Honda received seven reviews from happy customers this long weekend!

Yesterday 6/30/11,we went to the Cerritos Honda Superstore, my husband and I arrived & just wanted to see & have an idea of what price and what I might be looking at in monthly payment. We arrived and walked through the show floor and went unnoticed, exited to the other side, where the new cars are parked outside. As we were walking back, we were then approached by Dan Stone, Salesman here and this is where it all unfolded. He greeted us and thanked us for being loyal customers. With this Odyssey purchase it makes now Honda #8 for our family !! Sad to see my other one left behind, but happy to see the New purchase. Dan worked hard to resolve the little obstacles that were popping up. We highly recommend Dan Stone, "Dan is your personal Sales Man". With my prior Odyssey, I referred you 3 clients as their families had fallen in love with mine. In my business I use my Odyssey a lot! Now I look forward to referring future clients to him specifically. In our other purchases through the years, no one had given us Excellent Customer Service, we were surprised, but very happy.
Along with this Sales dept comes also a great Finance Team player, his name is also Dan, very down to earth and nice gentleman, Excellent explanation of what is in your best interest and that makes sense to your pocket !!

Just drove in with my Parents on a whim, just to Eye shop and get some numbers, but guess what ! the Deal was so good we ended up driving out with a Brand New  2011 Honda CR-V.  We Loved the sales price and the Service was Awesome. Our sales rep Hossain Ahmed gave us wonderful detailed information and offered us a Deal that we could not pass up !!!  Went In walking and came out Driving.

Unparalled sales experience.  Bought a 2012 Civic EX-L and traded in a Passat.  This is the tenth new car I have purchased..  Mark Nelson is easily the best best sales person I have ever enjoyed working with.  While other dealers either would not commit to a price below MSRP or offered cars with many overpriced options, Norm Reeves gave me an internet discount that they stuck by even though we decided on a different package.  Mark offered education on the vehicle's features rather a high pressure sales pitch.  Ziggy in the business office was a total professional and also didn't apply any pressure.  I highly recommend Mark and Ziggy to anyone.

I just brought brand new Honda Civic LX Sedan 2012 for myself. There is no doubt about performance and features for the "HONDA" brand and the especially the "CIVIC" vehicle. It's unbeatable in current market for its economic and technical values. Now, when it comes to dealership, I preferred Norm Reeves superstore @ Cerritos, since they are well known in LA area for their services and best deals. I found that true when dealing with the sales person there, Mr. Jose Magana, who was very helpful in each prospects. He answered all my queries nicely, and assisted me to get good finance through "Recent Graduate Program". Doing business with this dealership, I satisfied with 'transparency' (no hidden cost); and step-by-step guidance. It was the perfect deal of having self-owned car for beginner like me to accelerate my professional career in growing progressive world. I was very pleased with the service provided to me at Norm Reeves back in July 2008; so much so, in fact, that 3 years later when I was back on the market looking for my next vehicle, they were my first choice.

SONNY WU, was the sales representative I dealt with the first time, and he was the main reason why I was so pleased with the first transaction and decided to come back. Fortunately, I was pleased to find out that he is still part of the NRH-Cerritos team, so it was a no-brainer for me to have him help me out the second go-around.
SONNY once again was terrific! He made the process practically effortless (which is hard to come by when you're shopping for a car). He took his time to understand my needs, helped find the vehicle I was looking for, and overall made the experience a pleasurable one. For my future car needs he's my guy!
