GO THROUGH THE INTERNET SALES DEPT and ask for HAMMAD the Internet Sales Manager! He definitely had a "real person" vibe to him and not that pushy, all business type salesperson. Being a first time buyer, he made it so easy/painless for me to purchase my car. They gave me the best price around too!
