I would just like to say finally THANKS for great service Norm Reeves, your service team is outstanding and I have been to a number of the dealerships in the area, I've spent some time with the service and the parts department team and by far the guys are top notch, from the product knowledge to the down to earth attitude, they will no load you up with a bunch of crap, they are honest and good people, even though there look is a bit out dated. (they are the only dealership that I've been to that they still where ties....soo 80's). Thanks again and i look forward to doing business with you guys again. I was referred by a great friend to have my 2009 Honda Accord serviced at Norm Reeves in Cerritos. Needless to say Matthew, my service advisor, was very upfront and honest about what services my car needed. The assistance and communication I received from the advisor, was far superior from other honda dealership services departments I had dealt with in the past. Matthew took the time to explain what I needed and why and what I could hold off on till the following time. Great customer services should be acknowledged and Matthew is a great example of great customer service as he took time out on a very busy Saturday to explain to me the why's behind each service I needed to make sure my car was would last another 50,000 miles!! I would recommend this service department to my friends and family who own Honda!!  -Jay M.
