"For the last few weekends I have taken my car to Norm Reeves Honda Superstore (NRHS) and have worked with Marco Palacios each time to address various issues that I've been experiencing with my 2008 Honda Accord.  

Previously I had taken my Honda solely to Rancho Santa Margarita (RSM) Honda (formerly Family Honda), since that's where the vehicle was purchased to begin with.  No matter what work I had done, I always felt as though RSM was giving me the run around.  Sadly, it didn't seem to matter which service technician I worked with.

Every issue that I brought to Marco's attention at NRHS was addressed in a timely fashion.  I would swear that my Honda drives better today than it did when I drove it off the RSM lot for the first time 2 years ago.

I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Marco and everyone else I interacted with in the service department at NRHS.

Although NRHS is 19 miles away from my home and there are other dealerships that are closer, it's worth it to me to drive the extra distance knowing that my Honda is in good hands.
