" I was in the market for a new car since my Honda Civic was approaching 14 yrs and passed 225K miles. I emailed several Honda dealers for a quote and Norm Reeves had the best offer. I visited a few dealers and they were not interested in my business during the long Labor Day weekend. However, Norm Reeves was completely different. We were greeted immediately and were shown a few cars within minutes. Then Monica searched the entire database for the car & and color were looking for. Only one car was available in the color I wanted but it had the upgraded features. I did not want a large car payment and Monica was able to work down the price of the upgraded car.
