We would like to thank Marissa for her kind words about our dealership

"I don't know why the service dept has been getting such bad reviews because every time I've taken my car here for its maintenance check or any other problems, I've always been well taken care of. My last visit was just an oil and filter change and like I said---fast and friendly service. After getting the printout of the diagnostics of my car, my advisor was kind enough to go over each item. There was no pressure for me to spend any more money on additional stuff i didn't need at the moment. Sure, some things weren't perfectly in the "passed task" column, and there were a few things "recommended". But he was honest and told me to just be cautious and these things weren't needed til maybe the next scheduled service check.
Thats the best quality I like about Norm Reeves' service advisors - they're honest with me and don't try to pressure me into paying for extra services that aren't needed."- Marissa
