I had a wonderful experience at the Norm Reeves Honda in Cerritos to buy our new CR-V. We had been in touch with Phil Byrd before making the drive down, and chose to travel because he was the only salesman we spoke to from various dealerships who wasn't pushy, knew what he was talking about, and quoted us well below what expected to pay. When they sold out of the specific color we wanted, he even gave me a call to let me know, which I thought was very courteous. We still went down to take a look because of all of the other good reviews, and ended up finding the perfect car for us. Everyone from the receptionist to Frank, the finance guy, was helpful, patient, and most of all, NOT PUSHY. This place is well run and managed, and I am relieved that our car-buying experience was a pleasant experience, all thanks to Phil and Frank!- Kate P.
