"On sunday March 11, 2012. My husband and I went to Norm Reeves Honda Cerritos to look for a a minivan we wanted to buy. When we got in Kevin Harris gave us a great welcome. He was very professional, friendly and a good listener. He made us feel important and confident that he would be able to help us get the minivan we needed. We explained to him what we were looking for and the amount we could afford. He showed us the ones that met our criteria. We always felt that the choice was ours and we never felt pushed by him to make a decision. My husband loved that. Also Avery Richey the Finance Manager was of great help after we decided to buy the minivan. He help us obtain the best milage coverage and the best monthly payment. He did a great job and we were very satified with his work. We bought a minivan and we are very happy with the purchase we made. What I also notice is that even after we bought our car Kevin Harris called to see how we felt with our new car. It was a great shoping experience all of the representatives are very friendly and helpful. I would recommend this place with no doubt at all. It is the best place if you are looking forward to buy a car.
