"I came in a couple weeks ago to help my parents shop for a new vehicle. I honestly did not want to go to Honda because the car I was looking at for my parents was at Hyundai. Anyway I was helped by Kevin Harris and the guy was awesome. We told him that we had no intention of committing that day which would make most salesmen ignore you. Kevin actually encouraged us to test drive any vehicle we were interested in and on top of that was very informative without being pushy. He even recommended some cars that were less expensive than the ones we were looking to better suite our practical needs. Kevin was very helpful.

Anyway after a good visit at Honda I was still stuck on going to Hyundai but when I got there they just sized me up saw that had brown skin, a shaved head and had no intent on purchasing that day. So guess what happen they completely ignored me and when I asked to see the car they just opened the doors and waited until I was done. They didn't even offer to let me test drive the vehicle. Although I don't look like it I am a full time teacher with great credit and my parents make a very significant amount of money. I was set on a Hyundai but I told myself that these people just lost a potential sale.

My parents actually wanted to to wait before making a purchase so they can make a practical decision and we did not make any purchases that day but I was so impressed with the customer service that I e-mailed Kevin and thanked him for his time and effort. When parents are ready to purchase I will definitely encourage them to get a Honda. I myself am considering getting a new car as well and would gladly sacrifice a few features here and there in exchange for great customer service and people that are easy to deal with." - Paul
