Yes I can really say I thought the Honda commercials were all about actors making Honda seem more than what they were until I went to Norm Reeves Honda (Cerritos) and meet Mark Nelson. He answered all of my questions (and I had questions) with no problem and keep his word on the deal he put in front of me. Even after I left in my new 2012 Honda Accord Mark didn’t make me feel like he wouldn’t be there to answer questions came up later.
