"I went to Cerritos Norm Reeves Honda with intentions to purchase a car on Labor Day. I made trips to this dealership and others months before so I did my homework and I knew where I would get the best price. I made the best decision by going to Norm Reeves Honda! My first trip in May I was being helped by another salesman, but later met Adil Khan who was a complete gentleman and extremely helpful in making my decision in car choice. This Monday I was greeted by Nick Pin and he went above and beyond in locating the car of my choice! He was extremely professional, straightforward but kind, and overall a great person to work with. He made the process, although busy on the Labor Day holiday, pleasant and as quick as possible. I also want to give kudos to Sal in the Financing Department who was very professional and really helpful.
