"Robert Lavariere is THE best salesperson ever. He turned the most horrible experience at this dealership into the best car buying experience ever. When I first called and spoke with him earlier in the week, he was leaving for the day and connected us with Mark Nelson. Mark was unprofessional, wouldn't answer our questions, lost his cool and got very testy when we started talking about cost and negotiating, insulted me, my husband and my kids, and treated us like we were not even worthy of his time or effort. He wouldn't show us the Kelly Blue Book info, and didn't want to let us see any of the paperwork on the car. His picture should be in the dictionary next to the words typical used car salesman. If he told me one more time that they were not going to make any money on the deal I was going to puke. He took us for a test drive in a car that was defective, told us he would not even buy that car, then tried to sell us that very car when the price of others was too high. Really?? I called Robert the next morning to let him know how his referral worked out and he was more than ready to turn that experience around. After being thoroughly disgusted with Mark Nelson, we came back in the following day to meet with Robert and left with the car that we wanted. Great price, great add-ons, honest, great service, respectful, honest, kind, helpful, honest. He took out all the certified pre-owned paperwork and showed us exactly what conditioning work had been done on the car, broke down the Kelly Blue Book comparison, and the value breakdown from when the car was turned in. We felt informed and respected, and had no doubt about what we were purchasing. Robert should be commended for his commitment to excellence and customer service. Our first car was from Norm Reeves Cerritos 15 years ago, and Robert made this experience even better. His superior service and attention to our concerns proved to be even more than we had expected. I do hope that you will recognize his quality of performance as he is truly an asset to your office and your organization. Thank you, Tonja E."
