"While I use Yelp I never really post anything but since I've had such a difficult time searching for my new car, I hope this will help a girl in my similar boat.
I was hesitant about purchasing a Honda but since I had test drove every other brand figured I would give Honda a try. I tend to avoid car salesmen as they usually are too pushy or rush me into test driving something I'm not even interested in. A few friends have purchased a Civic in the past 3 years, so I was just price hunting around the Civics. It wasn't long until I was approached by a man asking what I was interested in, he started giving me all the positives of the Civic. Not sure what it was but he was incredibly genuine. He asked me what I was looking for in car, what I had previously owned, and what my daily schedule was like i.e. how many miles I would be putting in an average year. I decided to take it for a test drive, it was on a Saturday and they were definitely busy but he never rushed me and I even told him I wasn't going to buy that day since I wanted my Dad and or boyfriend with me. I left in love with the Civic and after all this time of car shopping I will be going back this weekend to purchase. I really think it had more to do with the customer service that got me to commit to a car than anything else! I've been searching for months and I finally got service that was honest in trying to help me find the right car than just getting another sale!So for any of you ladies out there that want honest help without feeling a lot of pressure to commit or buy that day, I would suggest working with Francisco- don't want to put his personal details here but message me if you want his contact info.
