David was not at all pushy (which to me, is a red flag as I have experienced many other desperate salesmen in the past), but at the same time, he was very accommodating, attentive and professional. He addressed all of our questions and concerns with a great level of expertise. He made us feel very comfortable and confident with our trade-in by providing us with the best offer, and most of all, we didn't have to wait very long. Sure, the process of executing paperwork took some time but that is because David and the financial staff explained everything in its entirety.
